The most famous Havana brand started only in 1935 as a new brand from Menendez, Garcia y Cia., then the owners of the H. Upmann brand. The name is reported to have been inspired by Alexandre Dumas' 1844 novel Le Comte de Montecristo.
All the range is hand-made and the strength is medium.
The world's best selling cigar, and the preferred cigar of Che Guevara. Coffee, cocoa and vanilla flavours dominate the No.4.
The Petit Edmundo is the little brother of the Montecristo Edmundo, shorter but with the same ring gauge. Probably the most flavoursome of the cigars of this size.
This cigar is the same as the Montecristo No. 4, except that it is presented in an aluminium tube, thus allowing you to carry the cigar wherever you go without damaging it. A strong and powerful cigar, one of the top 3 selling cigars from Montecristo.

With its colorado wrapper this cigar is a safe bet for lovers of the classic Lonsdale. Medium tobacco mixed with sweet cocoa and vanilla fill the mouth and gracefully tingle the palate without any frivolities. A Well rounded stick with a trace of classic Havana.
This Corona from Montecristo Turns out to be an intermediate step between the world's most-sold Habano (the Montecristo No. 4) and the large formats of the brand. It occupies a very outstanding place, althought more as substitute for the No. 1, or as expansion of the No. 4.
My favourite out of Montecristo’s lighter bodied Open series. Like a scaled down, milder Montecristo No.2. It’s tapered head ensures the wrapper notes remain a more prevalent than its straight sided Parejo alternatives. Notably more leather and sweetness, though no heavier, and perfectly smooth from start to finish. Nice little size.
The Edmundo is a medium to full-bodied blend with a classic, bitter-sweet, tangy flavour that has made Montecristo the world's most popular Havana cigar brand.
The new Montecristo Media Corona (44 ring gauge x 90 mm length), a new vitola (size) that is incorporated into the regular portfolio of the brand in its Línea Clásica, which is launched to the market in a presentation of a Semi Boîte Nature with 25 Habanos .
Montecristo Classic flavours in a small cigar. Coffee, cocoa and vanilla flavours dominate the No.5.
The Open series cigars carry an additional and distinctive green cigar band. Worth an hour of anyone’s time! The Open range is light of flavour yet still full of the subtle nuances that make the house of Montecristo the preeminent range of handmade cigars in the world.

Longer than the standard Edmundo, the Double Edmundo has a gorgeous color with hints of oak and leather. The cigar seems to get better with each puff, culminating in a chocolatey finish. No.15 in Cigar Aficionado's top cigars of 2014.
You either love or hate Mini Panatellas. Don't be fooled by the size of this little Montecristo. It packs a real punch of true leathery, woody Montecristo flavours in a 15-20 minute smoke. Ideal for a quick break with a coffee.Ring gauge: 26. Length: 11.50 CM / 4.5 inches

Montecristo Petit No. 2 is a shorter version of the award-winning classic Montecristo No. 2. This version features the signature torpedo / piramide shape and the same thick ring gauge as the original, but is an inch and a half shorter. For those pressed for time who want to enjoy the same quality as the Montecristo No. 2, it is a great option.
Tubed version. The Petit Edmundo is the little brother of the Montecristo Edmundo, shorter but with the same ring gauge. Probably the most flavoursome of the cigars of this size.
This is a rich and flavourful cigar, with the typical Montecristo profile. Burns well and not too fast, but certainly not a slow burner. A good cigar for after dinner or late afternoon.
